I have worked in the medical field as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT-B) and I am also a National Certified Phlebotomist Technician (NCPT). My background in the mental health field consists of a bachelor's degree in psychology (BA) as well as a master’s degree in Psychology (MA). I also hold a Master’s in Science of Counseling (MSC), with the specialization in Marriage Family and Child Therapy (MFCT).
My areas of interest are within the Latino community, family, couples therapy, individual psychotherapy and LGBTQ communities. My experience is with depression, anxiety, family conflict, parenting, co-parenting, sex therapy, addiction, HIV Mental health related, immigration services, and I do offer professional supervised visitation services.
Currently I am acting as a Clinical Director for a non profit, and I am a bilingual mental health clinician at Orange County Counseling Center in Santa Ana. I also work doing psychological evaluations at a private practice office in Santa Ana CA. Specializing in Clinical Forensic work, related to evaluations for immigration purposes, family reunification, etc.
