Served as Regional VP for a higher ed management services firm as well as the Director of Counseling, Disability and Health Services for Western Washington University, Pepperdine University and College of the Desert. Served as faculty member for University of North Texas, Seattle Pacific University, Pepperdine University, and Western Washington University. Acquired $4 million in grants, gifts and contracts, including a $500,000 NIH award to create and measure the effectiveness of a video based intervention program to reduce HIV infection among adolescents and young adults.
