Just wanted to put it out here in the community of GA ACA if any others are have problems getting your renewal from ADACB-GA? I know they have gone to a new system of computer renewals and we are in the pandemic, but I cannot seem to get any answers from them - they just put on there website it is taking 30 -45 days for renewals - I have been waiting for over 60 days and nothing has changed on the new computer renewal site. I have gotten one return feedback email from Feb 3rd and it was so confusing- and no one is answering the phones either. They changed all the rules to our CEU's - my employer is putting all my clients on hold until I get the license and actually starting to harass me about it. I am just so frustrated and do not seem to get any where with the board and it causing a lot of stress for me and my clients are getting upset as well. Is anyone else have problems with other boards as well and licensure renewals ? I know NBCC is a little behind but at least they communicate that with you in a few days, because many of them are still working from home as well... Just looking for some feedback and insight if anyone has any...
