My passion is helping others. I have a dual license in Art Therapy and Mental health Counseling. Through using artistic media people can combine talk therapy with creating and make it easier to talk about difficult memories or feelings. The repetitiveness of the creating ease stress physically and emotionally, and i can mold the creative process into a metaphor to help the individual. Each treatment plan is unique to the client, i meet them where they are at and we travel their journey together. I have experience working in Medical settings ,residential and inpatient and elderly settings. My techniques consist of Art Therapy, DBT, CBT, narrative approach and play therapy.
