Ginevra Are is a Holistic Counselor with a Master of Arts in Guidance and Counseling, a Certified Wellness Life Coach, and a 200-hrs registered Yoga Teacher.
She is the founder of her counseling private practice, "Journey to Belonging", based in Grass Valley, CA.
Some of her areas of expertise include integrative life coaching, case management, and group workshops. She is passionate about holistic wellness, somatic psychotherapy, expressive arts therapies, and self-care practices, to help individuals and communities overcome life transitions, career changes, perceived blocks, and everyday challenges.
Her work is rooted in the belief that we all need a strong foundation of self-compassion, awareness, love, play and connection to Nature in order to build meaningful relationships, fulfilling work and vibrant wellness in our lives.
