Bio

As a creative grief counselor, my work supports clients who are coping with illness, death and difficult life transitions. I encourage resilience, reflection and connection and have created several therapeutic tools to help clients process their grief through journaling, collage and drawing and thigh simple somatic work.

As a grief specialist in a trauma and victims advocacy center, I provide after care grief work, mobile crisis hotline support and counseling to family members of victims. I also create and implement workshops on responding to grief, vicarious trauma in the workplace and compassionate presence.
